Payment Arrangements

• To cancel your payment arrangement, go to 我的账户 点击或点击 the 取消 button. 
• To change your payment arrangement, go to 我的账户 点击或点击 取消. 然后点击或点击 招收 选择一个新的付款安排选项.

Please keep in mind the following:

• If you cancel your payment arrangement, 如果您决定建立另一种付款安排，可能会影响您的选择. 计划各不相同，并基于当前的资格要求. 
• If you cancel your payment arrangement, your account balance will become due, and you will be at risk for disconnection.
• 如果你使用自动支付并且有过期的余额, 逾期余额将自动扣除并立即支付.

If the remaining installment plan amount, including any current charges due, 提前支付, the plan will be deemed fully paid, and no further installments will be billed.

If your plan is canceled, 您的全部金额将立即到期，您的服务可能会中断.

付款计划 

A missed payment is any payment that is: 

• Received after your bill due date

• Returned by your bank 

2, 3, and 12 Month 付款计划: If you miss a payment, 西班牙&我们将自动取消您的付款计划.  If your plan is canceled, 您的全部金额将立即到期，您的服务可能会中断. 

住宅 24-Month 付款计划 only:  If you miss a payment, 西班牙&E will recalculate your payment plan.  您的剩余分期付款金额可能会增加. On the third missed payment, 西班牙&我们将自动取消您的付款计划.  If your plan is canceled, 您的全部金额将立即到期，您的服务可能会中断.   

• 如果您注册了24个月的付款计划，则表示您同意接收账单 & 帐户更新，包括通过文本错过的付款通知.  

• 如果您想接收有关您帐户的文本通知, 包括错过24个月付款计划的付款通知, go to 我的账户 and: 

               1. 从帐户选项卡中选择我的个人资料添加您的手机号码 

               2. 选择通知首选项并注册计费 & 账户更新

所有通知只发送到主帐户持有人的手机号码.
